The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite, complemented by a second full bath. Stylish modern-retro décor, large windows, and in-suite laundry complete the space. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need — from pots, pans, and dishes to a blender, toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle, spices, oils, teas, and coffees. Unwind on your private balcony with a view, play a round of board games, or cozy up for a relaxing night in with another 50" smart TV in the main living space. Guests also enjoy one heated underground parking stall plus additional free visitor parking at the front entrance and various spots around the building. Please note: The suite does not have central air conditioning. To keep guests comfortable, we’ve added three large ceiling fans, standing fans in each bedroom, and blackout curtains to help on warmer days. Also this is a brand-new building in Red Deer’s developing Capstone district, so there may be some nearby construction and occasional daytime noise as the neighbourhood continues to grow.
