With two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, everyone has their own cozy corner to unwind. Step inside and up to the open-concept main level, where natural light fills the living room and kitchen. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and social, while the attached patio with outdoor dining invites you to linger over meals. Relax in the living room with a large TV and Firestick for streaming all your favorites. The main floor also features a king bedroom with ensuite bath and walk-in shower, a second queen bedroom, and another full bathroom. Downstairs, gather in the second living area for movie nights on the oversized sectional. The walkout basement includes another king and queen bedroom, a full bath with tub, and a laundry room. Kids will love the dedicated play space and toys, while adults can step outside to enjoy the backyard patio or unwind in the full-size hot tub under the stars. Guests have access to the double detached garage and additional street parking out front (note: street parking can be limited at times). Spacious, stylish, and full of good vibes; 'Hello Sunshine' makes every stay a little brighter.
Other Details to Note
For security and the safety and peace of mind of both our guests and hosts, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras. One camera and doorbell camera are located at the front entrance, and another camera is positioned at the back basement door where guests enter the home. These cameras operate 24/7 and monitor exterior areas only for security purposes. They are not directed toward any private or interior spaces. * Please also note, a hot tub maintenance person comes every Monday for a few minutes to check/maintain the hot tub. They access through the side gate, so no access to the inside of the house required as to not disrupt your stay.*
