Not only can one enjoy many nearby parks and trails but it is minutes away from the Cullicutt Centre, The Dome, Westerner Park and The Peavey Mart Centrium for events, south end shopping and restaurants. The Servus Arena is about 4-5 km away and 5 km away is the Red Deer Regional hospital. Perhaps you want to stay in, guests can enjoy a great selection of board games inside or enjoy the patio space out back. This spacious 4-bedroom, two-story getaway combines comfort, style, and modern convenience, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or business travellers seeking a home away from home. The main floor has a stylish living room with a 58" Smart TV, full kitchen and dining, half bath and has back patio/deck access. The patio/deck area is fully furnished, providing guests with a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy. Enjoy the gas BBQ out there as well. The kitchen is complete with everything one would need - pots, pans, dishes, blender, toaster, utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, oil, a good variety of spices, teas and coffees (single serve coffee or enjoy a pot) and more. Upstairs features three well-appointed bedrooms, 1 of which boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a 50" Smart TV and walk in closet. And the second and third bedrooms upstairs each offer not only beautiful but comfortable queen beds. Upstairs has one full bath with a tub/shower combo. Sullivan also boasts a fully finished basement, offering an additional entertainment area designed for further enjoyment and relaxation. The basement area comes complete with an electric fireplace and another 58" Smart TV. This level also features the 4th bedroom complete with a cozy double bed and the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Laundry is found on this level as well. Guests have access to the single car garage, the driveway and street parking, although street parking is limited.

We kindly ask guests to park in the garage, the driveway and/or in the small spot directly in front of the home. Please note that our neighbours regularly park directly in front of their own home, so we ask that guests leave that space open for them as a courtesy. Guests' understanding and cooperation helps us maintain good neighbourly relations which is greatly appreciated and will ensure a more pleasant stay. Another note; there is no air conditioning in this property. But each room has a standing fan and windows that open for those warmer nights. The dining room window also opens to let in a cool breeze. For guest safety and ours, this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera located at the front entrance to the house. This camera records 24/7 and monitors exterior spaces for security purposes only and is not positioned to capture private spaces.
