This spacious, open concept, 2 bed, 2 bath (1 king with ensuite bath and 1 queen) suite has just been fully updated with all modern finishes. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything one would need - pots, pans, dishes, blender, toaster, utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, oil, a good variety of spices, teas and coffees (single serve coffee or enjoy a pot) and more. There is in-suite laundry, a portable air conditioner in the main space during the warmer months, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a gas fireplace, two Roku TV's, black out curtains, and a selection of board games for guests to enjoy. Guests have access to one underground parking stall and extra free parking outside the front doors. Not only can one enjoy many nearby trails but it is minutes away from the Servus Arena, The Dome, Westerner Park and The Peavey Mart Centrium for events, the casino and event centre, south end shopping and restaurants. Perhaps you want to stay in, guests can enjoy a great selection of board games inside or enjoy the patio space. Other Details to Note
Embrace the beauty of the location as it brings the possibility of encountering wildlife such as deer, but with that, the occasional bug. Please be aware that as the suite is on the ground level and sits at the edge of a forest, that if the door and windows are left open, these curious critters might find their way inside. To minimize any unexpected guests, we recommend keeping the patio door closed to ensure a pleasant and pest-free stay. Important Entry Note: Please remember to take the small gray key fob with you whenever you leave through the front doors, as they lock automatically and you'll need the fob to get back in. If you forget the fob, don’t worry! You have another option: You can use the call system at the front doors, which will ring us directly, and we can buzz you back in. Special note: So guests are aware, there is ongoing hospital expansion construction nearby. Guests may notice occasional daytime noise and construction activity, including movement of equipment in the area.
